1. Booking and Confirmation

1.1 A booking is considered confirmed once payment is received, and a confirmation email is sent to the booking party.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All course fees must be paid in full before the training date unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
2.2 Payments can be made via bank transfer.
2.3 If payment is not received within 14 days of booking, the reservation may be cancelled.

3. Course Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

More than 28 days before the course: 
You can reschedule at no charge.
A cancellation fee of 15% will apply.

Less than 28 days (but more than 14 days) before the course: 
A rescheduling fee of 15% will apply.
A cancellation fee of 30% will apply.

Less than 14 days before the course: 
A rescheduling fee of 25% will apply.
A cancellation fee of 50% will apply.

Less than 7 days before the course: 
A rescheduling fee of 50% will apply
For cancellations less than 7 days before the course, no refunds will be issued, and the full course fee is due.

In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule the course, 
I will notify you at least 14 days in advance and offer a full refund or reschedule the course date free of charge.

4. Course Content and Delivery

4.1 I reserve the right to amend course content or format without prior notice to ensure the best possible learning experience. However, any significant changes will be communicated to the attendees.
4.2 Training courses are delivered by an experienced professional and are designed to provide valuable knowledge and practical skills related to children’s mental health and trauma-informed care.

5. Attendance and Participation

5.1 Participants are expected to attend the full course and engage in all learning activities.
5.2 If a participant is unable to attend the entire course, is observed to not be fully engaging, or is deemed to be disrupting the learning experience of other attendees, they may be asked to leave.

6. Course Materials

6.1 Course materials will be provided in digital or printed format, depending on the course. These materials are for the personal use of the attendee and are not to be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 I take your privacy seriously and will not share any personal information provided during the course booking process with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the course or for legal requirements.
7.2 I may collect feedback from participants for the purpose of improving the training material, experience and courses, and this feedback may be shared anonymously.

8. Liability

8.1 While I make every effort to ensure that training is effective and valuable, I will not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from course attendance or content.
8.2 Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being while attending the course. I will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
